About MESAS

Through a centralized system, MESAS ensures that all medical examinations are conducted through verified panel clinics, with results submitted digitally and stored in a central database.

Apakah itu Program Pemandu Sihat dan Selamat?
Program Pemandu Sihat dan Selamat (PSS) merupakan satu inisiatif di bawah Belanjawan MADANI 2026 yang menyediakan subsidi perkhidmatan pemeriksaan kesihatan bagi tujuan pembaharuan lesen kepada pemandu kenderaan perdagangan yang layak dari kategori PSV E(Bas), GDL E(Kejur), dan GDL E(Bersendi).
Program ini menyediakan pemeriksaan kesihatan bersubsidi bagi tujuan pembaharuan lesen vokasional secara sistematik melalui pendigitalan Borang JPJL8A. Pemeriksaan ini penting dalam memastikan pemandu berada dalam keadaan sihat serta mengenal pasti masalah kesihatan yang boleh menjejaskan keupayaan pemanduan seperti gangguan tidur (obstructive sleep apnea), masalah penglihatan dan penyakit tidak berjangkit (NCD).
Tujuan utama program ini adalah bagi menggalakkan pemandu menjalani pemeriksaan kesihatan dalam usaha meningkatkan tahap kesihatan pemandu dan mengurangkan risiko kemalangan jalan raya.
Siapakah yang layak menyertai program ini?
Pemandu yang mencarum PERKESO layak untuk menjalani pemeriksaan ini sekiranya memenuhi syarat berikut.
- Warganegara Malaysia;
- Berumur antara 40 hingga 59 tahun;
- Pencarum aktif PERKESO di bawah Skim Keilatan Lindung Pekerja atau Lindung Kendiri; dan
- Pemegang lesen vokasional PSV E(Bas), GDL E(Kejur), dan GDL E(Bersendi) yang perlu memperbaharui lesen.
